You shouldn't go to trade servers to get a scam, a person on a trade server implies that they know the gist of going rates for most items and hats. Try going to a cp or ctf server; I recommend one for a clan.
I usually go to Saign's servers, there's loads of them and they always attract the dumbest of players.

V. physician procedure mask ( + a little sweetener perhaps) = 1 bills
V.luger =0.75 buds ( corrected by nitronikALT)
G. h.hachimaki = bills ( corrected by nitronikALT)
Teddy = bills
Max head = 5 buds + 1 bills

Finding someone is a slow and painful process. I got lucky last night with my first try and finding some douche with a genuine h.hachimaki. Now I've been searching for an hour and I've found no one.

luck, most people i find usually want hats. i think the last time i found one that wanted just a weapon was around a month ago
