First, I would trade a weapon for any non. v hat, so you can trade that hat for many weapons.
Nighteam is a pretty good place to start. Wait until somebody dies/round over to send them a trade request. Once they accept, nicely ask if they have an item. If they say yes, make an offer and see if they like it. If they say no, ask them to look for it. If they say, yes, but it isn't for trade, ask if they can at least see your offer first. It usually works. Good luck!

Oh well, lately i can't even play Team Fortress 2 because of my brother and my sister. I only need a v. Procedure Mask, a vintage Ten Gallon and a vintage Sola Topi to end my collection (and maybe a Big Kill and a Max Head, but they are impossible to find). Sadly everyone i find is poor and Irish or is a complete dickhead.

Coupe ares very disliked, as well as Searing Plasma. Unless you are getting it for yourself, I wouldn't do it, because no one will want the Coupe.
