Ugh, in a single server, there was a guy with Earbuds who had 15 hours, and someone with Bill's who had 38 hours. The guy with Earbuds apparently takes being a mac user very seriously and wouldn't even look at my offer. The guy with Bill's exited TF2 before I could trade him. C'est la vie.

If you want stuff you shouldn't lose your time with people who keep declining, two tries and then move on, even if they've got a flaming kabuto and 15 hours. I prefer using the SourceOP scanner over the Uberness/Jessecar/whothehell scanner, in less than 3 minutes i look for a prey and eventually change server or attac... ehm, trade.
Just don't give up, you're trading hats for your sleep hours and/or your mental sanity.

Seems like it. #6003 would probably go for 1.5 buds, and G. Conch maybe some non. v hats (not so sure), and #1859 would go for 2.5-3 buds.
