The Vintage Camera Beard is a really common vintage item, it's not really valuable. Yes, with the bald engie you can get 2 Ellis if you're lucky.
Traded a russian dude an Ellis' for a description tag and a primary token. I had to use a translator, he even complimented how good my Russian was.
