Thanks man, I really appreciate it. I just don't think I'm cut out to scam in TF2, I rarely find any newbies with stuff worth half a crap and those who do have valuables never agree to trade.

it just takes time and patience. and a toilet and a bowl of food sometimes. i got those 2 scams within 10 minutes of eachother. usually when you hit a first scam. it may or may not open a streak. i scammed 2 buds in a row before. so just try to go for small time items like rare vintages and whatnot. and maybe you can build up.
General rule of thumb....
odds are, if they're equipping it what you want, and they have a choice of Ellis/Gibus/Paperbag/all that shit
They probably like it, and are unwilling to trade.
