When I get my Max's Head back, I'm personally pretty much done with scamming. I'll probably continue to do some minor scamming to get keys to open my weekly crates, though, but that's about it.

You go to servers where new players tend to populate (such as Nighteam), and use a server scanner to scan for valuables, like promos. If you find anybody, send them a trade request and lowball them.
