Dropbox is garbage. And as a result, the download link is broken! I love this mod, and I wish to have the fully updated version again, as of now I'm using a very old version from Gamebanana. thanks for posting the most recent version iNeo, but it seems like models that are still normal (Like the loch n load) have glitched animations. hopefully someone can contact insanecide to update this pack, cause playing the game at lowest settings without this finishing touch isn't as enjoyable.

I would really like to contribute to the mod, I almost feel like that in a small group we could "take over" the mod and complete it, would be really cool. Of course only if Insaneicide agrees and gives us the right to do so... Anyone up for completing this? I already have downloaded and converted all of it, I will make a complete/incomplete list by comparing this to the normal TF2, just really curious about what would have to be done.

If anyone ever does, I would highly recommend just replacing all the hats with empty meshes. I did a few including all the Spy shirts (at the time) but like... there's 1340 cosmetic items according to the Wiki. The mod will never get finished unless hats are just removed entirely... It would also be good for performance/the classic TF look anyway. Maybe just using the No Hats mod would be even easier. I completely agree that if it's supposed to be Oldschool TF then it ISN'T supposed to be stuffed with hats with more polygons than the characters wearing them... I am not saying I don't like hats, I am just saying I don't like hats in this particular mod, I'll look into it and see how the hat "problem" is solved right now. Of course if the idea of the original creator was to port everything (including hats) I would personally happily continue in just that as long as it's his wish. In the games current state it would be also very hard to port every single thing, I extracted all the materials and models, decompiled them and they're a nice folder of almost 23GB, of course would be less if it wasn't decompiled, but still.
