I got mine by accident. Was in spawn, while the countdown was going (While you couldn't move). shot a pipe bomb under me, didn't go far up, a sec later after countdown was done, got the achievement.

I did mine on pipeline, part 1.
Sticky jumped from my spawn, got hit by some explosion in the middle and flew to enemy bases door and survived and got it.
