I'm curious if med-evil fantasy suggestions would be considered. I've been playing with a cosmetic loadout for a while to make the pyro seem like a fire based mage look and always wondered if a spell book could be considered a flare gun reskin ( open book in one hand, hovering f ball of fire in the other ) and/or degreaser reskin ( again, open book in one hand, hand ingulfed in flames in the other, to make it distinguishable between this and the flare reskin ), maybe a mage designed staff that could be we a few potential reskins, best options. Although, not sure if valve would allow animations since they'd probably be required for them to really work.

Its nearly impossible to make a nice looking non-ginormous boots for sniper due to his baggy pants. Your design for shoes work out rather well because they are old worn out leather boots, if you want them to looks nice and sleek, then you gotta have big feet. Medieval Archers were typically clad in mostly leather armor with very sparing amounts of actual metal armor, mainly for the reason of maintaining decent mobility over more heavily clad enemies. Now that said, armor on the legs isn't an uncommon thing for an archer, its usually just small plates guarding the most important areas however, like the knee caps and the shins, as opposed to fully composed boots as those would slow them down. Armor for legs and feet are normally just covers, not full boots. About the hairs, it's going to be fixed (making them thinner) We will try to fix the dots as well, as you said, they are indeed symmetrical. Thanks for your feedbacks by the way.
