My primary demoman loadout. Seems to work well in CTF and payload, as you can quickly get rid of traps on the point.

If I have a normal killstreak strange botkiller rocket launcher, and I want to apply a professional killstreak kit, how would I go about doing that? Would I have to reset it and remove the killstreak before applying the new one?

IDK if it will work for you but when I got restricted for 7 days I got around it by opening steam big picture mode, logging in to a trading website and sending a trade offer through the big picture mode web browser
It immediately removed the 7 day wait

I'm struggling to understand how he spends all day on videos. I think going through demos takes as much time as he said it does because TF2 is slow and old, but on editing if he's been doing this so long he should have shortcuts or even templates, especially for the outros, that he can just slap on. It's probably taking him so long because he's trying to make each one from scratch.

It happened when I installed an SSD earlier this year as well, it's pretty bogus.

The thing is - we wouldn't have this, had idiots not been so happy to give out their account details to phishing scams.
The common denominator in all of VALVe's "anti-scam" and "anti-hijack" systems is they're all created to counter the small percentage of idiotic Steam users who are probably contemplating "free hat programs" as we speak and we all suffer in the long run.
This is probably the reason why VALVe no longer give you your items back if they're supposedly "stolen"; They've either had enough of this same story of "I lost my item. Gib back pls" or they're under the assumption, the "Sledgehammer to crack a nut" approach is 100% secure (there will be someone who is stupid enough to give the Steam Guard codes out to the phishing bot. It's an almost certainty). On the flipside of that - no more support item duping. On the downside - you better hope to god that expensive set of items don't go missing.

This is one of the reasons why Upward is one of my favorite maps.
Curious if anyone knows or remembers. There used to be a handful of settings (autoexec maybe?) that would start up a TF2 map on launch, and it would display as your background.

Both screenshots are edited ones I took ingame from the default spectator spot (Where the camera sits on loading the map / joining a server) edited together with a main menu screenshot. Just using them as mockups for what it used to look like.
If anyone recalls how to do this, that would be great, two friends and I want to use it again. I've searched around and haven't been able to find anything.
That and I'm capped to 2kb/s internet, takes me 5+ minutes to load a page.

I remember running sticky/quickie + booties before the patch. Holy Moley it was so fun, jumping directly into enemy spawn, kill someone (evading the no spawncamp rule), bomb myself and reuniting with the team on the same life. Truly a good thing to do.
