That's the thing. They could patch small exploits here and there (which LMAOBox uses) but overall, not all of it.
I'm a programmer, as many are and are developing a GTA Mod Menu which utilises the Scripthook to 'inject' itself into GTA V to be run (if anyone's interested, it's called The GTA Toolbox. A menu built using community suggestions and without griefing options. It was stolen and rebranded as "Equality Menu V5" by some unscrupulous bastards but that's a story for another time). LMAO box is the same. You 'inject' a DLL file (like the GTA mod menu) into the game and it gets executed directly.
If it were possible to flat out prevent injections - we wouldn't need VAC in the first place. That is why R* can't prevent mod menus from being run Online. They're experimenting with encrypting/decrypting the natives we use in memory to prevent us injecting our menus and running the natives as we do at the moment, but it doesn't work so they had to remove it.
In TF2's case, LMAOBox injects into the code and hijacks a thread to run. It would then call on pre-built functions to do it's bidding (which is why it can bypass sv_cheats. It just runs the function directly without needing to be toggled via cheats). I'm most likely understating what it does, but you get the gist.

I have a question about kill streak kits and stuff.
If all the robot parts are worth pennies, how come the kits themselves are so pricey? Is there a step I'm missing?

Getting the fabricator to craft the kit for a particular weapon with your desired effect is up to chance.

Getting the kits you want are a pain in the ass, filling them with the correct parts is a pain in the ass (since 90% of the time, you'll get parts you don't need), and it helps pay for more tours in the future. Also some fabricators are rarer than others, like the ones for the stock weapons are more rare than others. I have done almost 150 tours in 2cities, and I still haven't gotten any of the stock weapon kits to drop. I've gotten 10 equalizer and escape plan pro kits, but nothing above a basic killstreak kit that was for a stock weapon.

Plus one ingredient is a whole unique killstreak item for the specialized, and two specialized for the professional.

The Panic Attack is listed as both a secondary and primary, since it's a Primary on Engie. Of course, it isn't on Pyro, Soldier, or Heavy, but for some reason it's treated so in the craft system, so you can craft a Panic attack with any of the 4 class tokens and either of the slot tokens. When trying to craft glitch weapons back during the gun mettle update I was crafting Stock Shotguns using a Heavy token and a Primary token.

Lets take the Loch-n-Load for example. It is a two barreled grenade launcher that inexplicably has three grenades in it, ready to fire. A new player might not notice this strange occurence, but to the community veteran or the pubing demo with 400 hours, it would be nice to have a small fix that adds a third barrel to the Loch-n-Load.
Lets also look at people who exploit this. There is a pack circulating that makes the characters and buildings visible through walls. The proper course of action is not to punish EVERYONE, but punish those that use it.
