No, you can charge independent of zoom. So you can walk around charging but unzoomed so you don't have tunnel vision, and zoom without charging so you're not as slow.

I'm pretty sure all kits are uncraftable and always have been. It doesn't carry over to the item you put them on.

On the subject of killstreaks how do they work on Mediguns? Do they count assists or something?

The more important question is how do you even kill someone with a Medigun? Plug one enemy and drain their health, then heal your allies with the health you just drained?

For the non-French: the support dude 100% copy pasted what everyone already knows about untradable periods after buying things. Steam is a small company and their support usually sucks, yeah. That said, they would have to be exceptional to offer compensation for such an issue. Trust has nothing to do with it.

To add, not only can you charge shots independent of zoom, but you can also score headshots while unscoped, something that can't be done with the other rifles.
Problem is, you can only deal headshot critical damage when fully-charged, so it means the Classic is only capable of either 10% weaker bodyshots (max damage of 135 when fully charged) or excessive, 450 damage, fully-charged headshots that require you to charge shots for 3+ seconds, while you're slowly crawling around at a snail's pace, vulnerable to enemy Snipers and flankers even without the tunnelvision. The Classic is incapable of anything in between - 150 damage quickscope headshots, 200+ damage partially charged shots? Forget it. If the weapon allowed you to deal headshot critical damage outside full charge (with appropriate downsides ofc), it would be so much more useful and versatile.
Plus, once you start holding down the fire button, zoomed in or not, you can't cancel your charged shot like you can with the other rifles - the gun forces you to fire off a shot and then go through the reload animation, even if you have to flee or relocate quickly.

I've been thinking about buying a Pyro unusual since Ive started playing TF2 again with some friends. Before I was able to get a TF Logo for like $40 AUD, and now even that is a minimum of $80. Is it possible to get a basic effect like TF Logo / Circling Hearts on an okay Pyro hat that doesn't cost so much? (I figured since some hats+effects are over 3-4 years old the price would have dropped due to stock)

I keep running into people with literally thousands of hours in TF2 that don't know that quickfix ubers make you immune to being airbasted. It's comical to watch them just spamming airblast and it having no effect.

I don't know about you guys, but I think this sounds pretty solid.
I love seeing voice actors speaking in their character voices.
I find it weird when they don't and sound like normal people.
