The worst case of that kind of effect for me actually took place on left 4 dead 2 on the last level of the parish. On the xbox 360 no less.
The disk was kinda wrecked, and was only really able to run because I was somehow able to install the game even though it was scratched. Some of the textures were rainbow colored for no reason, and other textures were like the guy above. The weirdest one though was when I got to the bridge at the end, and the police barrier had its texture replaced by the [B]doritos crash course menu screen[/B].

My water is fucked with a glitched texture flicker (The overlay for when youre interwater is split into squares that jitter), I get huge lagspikes for no reason, and SFM runs so slow now that its impossible to do anything in it.

Have you installed DirectX? My friend was having some issues with games after updating to Windows 10 and he forgot to install DX.

Brand new drivers on a brand new OS? Yeah, that's a recipe for problems. Why upgrade so soon? Let them work the kinks out first.
Same thinking applies to buying new games from publishers known for shipping buggy games, like Bethesda. If you play something like Fallout or Elder Scrolls on launch day, you're asking for crashes. Don't pre-order your games, let them come out first, see what the internet is saying about whether they're stupidly broken or not, and only then decide to buy it or skip it. Save yourself the trouble.

I'm pretty sure the third degree doesn't hit people being healed by the amputator taunt. I've tried it in the past with a friend and it didn't work.

Well, I did do my research, saw that AMD's drivers were updated, and heard nothing but good things about windows 10. So it seemed kinda like a no brain-er

Not sure where to find it, as when i download the utility for windows 7, it claims that I have a newer or equivalent version installed, and theres nothing about windows 10 and directx that I can find on the MS website

Running a 7770GHz Edition with Windows 10 drivers and the only issue I've had so far is the rare BSOD about a corrupt stack (I think that is due to the drivers auto-updating before upgrading to 10, then installing them again but on another drive (it did that automatically as well).
TF2's running fine. No graphical glitches so far.

A friend of mine and I tried it specifically because of this video and it never worked. It could very well be one of those bugs that is server dependent but it certainly doesn't work on valve servers.

Degreaser/Flare gun is better IMO.

Airblast on twitchy scouts (and rampaging eyelander demos) is the one time I don't feel guilty for destroying a player's full ability of movement.
Fun fact, airblasting a tide turner demo actually seems to give them charge back. Not enough to charge immediately but enough that it's charged up in a few seconds. No idea if this happens with the other shields.

the charge drain is halted, so the demo will be able to charge at you sooner as soon as its replenished back to 100%.
