It would be almost impossible on instant spawn servers.

This happened to me when I used v-sync for some reason.
Only thing I can recommend is changing your setting to the lowest. If you get the same result then it's not performance issues. if it stops, put your settings up one by one until it starts again. That's all I can recommend sorry.

It's already a huge pain the ass at least on instant respawn servers. The game was in no way balanced for instant respawn in the same way it was never balanced for 30 players. I still have no idea why these types of servers that still try and play the objective are so popular.

My tf2 keeps crashing nonstop on my main PC. Iv tried every single solution to fix this but weeks have gone now and im thinking about quiting now, because its not playable anymore. This is what im getting everytime I crash in my consol log. It will be a wall of text, im sorry about that.

Do you have mods installed? That could be the reason. They're not allowed on pure servers.

About mic_meter_live.vtf and mic_meter_dead.vtf, it looks like it's some kind of error in VTF creating process that hasn't been fixed. I reflect their shots just fine with the stock flamethrower
Reserve shooter is fine on soldier's loadouts since it takes a little bit of skill to juggle someone high enough to nail someone with your only slightly buffed switch times. It's not bad even with the stock flamethrower. Still slow enough that it's not guaranteed. With the degreaser it's basically guaranteed. If you could hit someone normally then you could get nearly free mini crits.
What if they heavily nerfed air blasts on the degreaser somehow?

It means they wouldn't go up as high so you have less time to hit them. It still doesn't answer the flare gun combo but at least it nerfs the RS.

It's also good for fighting scouts that seem to avoid all your rockets by jumping everywhere, since reserve shooter just minicrits people in the air, not necessarily people you juggled into the air.

it's too late to undo the reserve shooter for the pyro, what they should do is make a split, just like the old Equalizer, one for pyro, and the other for soldier, so they can be balanced for both classes.
or they could just make it minicrit on explosive airborne like DH
