Why are more than half the images on steam broken?
Image hosting server down probably.
It's sometimes better when people leave a comment on your profile with a reason they want to add you instead of a random friend request. Phishers are runining that aspect, sadly. Or on rare occasions, friendly people saying hi or ordinary compliments.
Tell people to comment on your images. That's what I do and it works great.
Which parameter do I have to add to the server config to enable eternaween? I just can't find it

Today I discovered that listening to the Grim Fandango's soundtrack while playing does wonders to one's performances
tf_forced_holiday 2
6 if you don't want the taunt aka full moon
6 if you don't want the taunt aka full moon
thank you, like, really much
Say, is out of there a mod which allows the medic to use his hands only to heal people? Something akin to that old Pyro mod, Pyromancy, that added an animation where the Pyro put his/her hands together and produced fire and removed all flamethrowers I'm thinking about making a medieval healer wizard of some sort (this will come in handy too)
tf_forced_holiday 2
Doesn't that enable the halloween mode permanently? We only want to allow people to use the eternaween items which cast a vote, but not have a permanent halloween mode.
Doesn't that enable the halloween mode permanently? We only want to allow people to use the eternaween items which cast a vote, but not have a permanent halloween mode.
You can use the Eternaween item when holiday mode isn't on, and it will temporarily enable Halloween mode for like 2 hours.
When we want to cast one on our server, a message pops up saying that it's not allowed. Could it be bound to votes in general? [editline]27th February 2015[/editline] Just read this on the eternaween wiki site:
Voting must be enabled on servers for this item to work.
I didn't see that at first. [editline]27th February 2015[/editline] So apparently you can enable voting only for specific stuff, like kick-votes or votes about the ban duration, but not about eternaween. I think I will send an e-mail to the tf2 team about this, might be useful for others too if it gets implemented.
So, TF2Ware2 is going to be tested and a dev from slag is gonna stream it... i can't wait for this! EDIT: also i fail at copying links
Anyone else getting a problem where you shoot an entity (or whatever you'd call it), it blinks? I don't really know how to explain it but go on Nucleus and shoot the cap area, or on Asteroid and shoot the big spinning fans in the upper area. It's like they go invisible for a split second, and on maps like Nucleus where people are constantly shooting at it, it's really distracting and annoying.
I thinks this is the one http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/66931
Aw, the skin is broke..
EDIT: Skin is broken :/
Oh for fuck's sake EDIT: This is the closest I got to
So I sold my unusual and did this [t]http://i.imgur.com/DV4ciJ5.png[/t] Now I got a unique stock collection and SF Stock collection, what's available anyway and of what I only want to use. A lot happier with a Strange Gibus and Strange cosmetics [t]http://i.imgur.com/FZ8TRoK.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/iiMaOaD.jpg[/t] It seems to be more fashionable I just hated having an unusual for some reason and now especially people in servers won't put the pressure on me ubering me all the time cause of a shiny hat. I'm really happy with this simple yet cool/interesting loadout.
I don't know what's with people selling Strange Gibus for 10 keys+ It feels wrong.

EDIT: also i fail at copying links
Man, I miss the old tf2ware server, when the frog boss usually crashed the server.
So I was in Valve Hightower and no one was capping, as usual ... but I had no idea that's how people treated Hightower in Valve servers too. So I capped the kart and everyone left, but not before they let me know how much they hated me. So I just said "Thank me later".
Hightower is pretty much a endless Team Deathmatch since there's no time limit 90% of the servers you find, Valve server or not.
Hightower is pretty much a endless Team Deathmatch since there's no time limit 90% of the servers you find, Valve server or not.
I actually had no idea that Valve servers didn't have a time limit for Hightower, okay now I actually feel bad.
-snip-
I don't know what's with people selling Strange Gibus for 10 keys+ It feels wrong.
the original gibus is totally worth it.
the original gibus is totally worth it.
Worth it, but I was shocked when people were selling it for 12 keys or above, I thought it was 7 keys. Found one for 9 though.
-nvm ,fixed-
;47229719']I actually had no idea that Valve servers didn't have a time limit for Hightower, okay now I actually feel bad.
Plr_ Type maps as far as I know don't have time limits. The game only ends when one of the teams drops the bomb.
Plr_ Type maps as far as I know don't have time limits. The game only ends when one of the teams drops the bomb.
Yep, it's weird and kinda dumb for the other two maps, since they can go on forever and have 3 separate stages each.
Yep, it's weird and kinda dumb for the other two maps, since they can go on forever and have 3 separate stages each.
It's built around that because it has a gamemode in which progress is only ever gained (with exception to hills where the cart rolls down). In CP you'll constantly be fighting over a single point and most gamemodes one teams job will only be to defend, but plr gives both teams an oppertunity to win (unlike 5cp which they are fighting over the same points) therefore there's no time limit since time limits would only result in stalemates, so they want the games to go as long as it needs for one team to win
