i was dicking around in lobbies and i went to go sub demo for a team, and 5 minutes in everyone kept talking about how b4nny was on the other team which i only realized then
i was spy because our spy wanted to switch with me, i telestabbed b4nny twice and watched him blow himself up on a wall twice trying to get me
i mean i know he wasnt trying either but come on.
i also got instantly overhealed by the enemy medic every time i disguised as him. like, no hesitation

Lobbies are a joke. I never take them seriously either. I never even play my main.
I've been known to go entire lobbies as sticky jumper demo with loose cannon and caber.
For what it's worth though, b4nny lives up to his name. I've played against him numerous times. Most recently was in a plat HL scrim. As it turns out, you can actually make him mad enough to break meta and bomb the shit out of you in front of your own sentry. I called it out that he'd do it, but apparently even that wasn't enough to stop him. :v:

b4nny is a cool guy, me and a friend lobbied with him once on the other team

He's a real chill guy, I really like that about him.
Also, I disabled chat through autoexec.cfg, so there's no need for me to have a HUD that makes the chat top left.

I remember the custom HUDs that still kept the charm and playfulness of TF2 such as PVHUD and Garm3nHUD. But I believe they're long gone.

I put the setting in my autoexec.cfg to take out gibs, but keep ragdolls. But when I play the game, those who get gibbed, their bodies disappear. I can understand the logic behind the coding, but is there a way to just have gibbed bodies intact and just ragdoll?

Consider GIVHUD. It's a continuation of IVHUD [url=http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1447589]link[/url]. It's basically just that. A continuation of TF2's HUD. Not oversimplified comp HUDs, but with all the important features of them.

I would suggest EVE Hud.
Their tagline was once "An improvement over the default hud, without making it foreign" (or something to that effect) which is what brought me to it and I'm glad I installed it.

I've been wanting to get back into TF2 recently. It makes me regret getting rid of my 30-40 hats plus a few Earbuds I had before I quit. Oh well. I'll start fresh I suppose. I had perfect outfits for each class based on the items that were out at the time.
I want to get back to TF2 too I love this game but I still can't find the motivation to do so.

Yeah, same here. Everytime I actually go and turn on the game, I get really quickly bored, doing good or not. The game is still great but I just can't get into it anymore.

I can't connect to the co-op thing. Also, I played a few matches today to get back into the game and really had fun and actually did well.
Thankfully I have friends that I play with every week, otherwise the only thing that would probably keep me in the game is the amount of money I've shoveled into it though I could recoup most of that by selling my bp, but then there is the worry that I might want to get back into it in the future and would still want my shit.
I don't really mind having no items to be honest. I never wore much the few cosmetics I had anyway. I all I really need are weapons that I can easily get by drop and my own game knowledge.
I know I never see them and a lot of people don't seem to like it but I love the Massed Flies effect. It's honestly one of my favorite unusual effects.
