Those sound mods really hurt my ears.
General tips: Jump and strafe slightly more on each class, makes you significantly harder to hit.
You seem like you're playing with 0.1 interp although it may just be the demo file. If this is the case a lower interp is significantly helpful to demo and soldier.
Don't do things that compromise your vision, early in the video on medic you crouch whilst meleeing a dispenser with your back to the action, this can let you die very easily.
Demoman: Use stickies more, aim up and try to get used to the arc, flicking upwards can also help to aim them. They have a significantly higher skill ceiling for use than the grenades.
For soldier: I realise gorge isn't a particularly open map, but rocketjump around more, especially if you have conch blackbox, the health cost isn't really prohibitive with that loadout.
Also, instead of shooting charging demos, rocketjump away to avoid the sword instead.
Mildly off topic but still vaguely TF2 related:

I'm happy with the change since it doesnt affect anyone already on steam, unfortunately a few poor souls who only have free games will have to shell out a fiver now.

It feels like a waste when there's a better option in quality 99% of the time. Like there's more likely than not a cheap vintage, genuine, or strange variant that doesn't cost much more. It just feels wrong wasting a 7 ref tag on a weapon that's half a scrap with so many better options. Same reason why it feels generally weird to put specialized or pro killstreaks on unique weapons given you won't be using the former for a fabricator.
Also as of the last crate every or close to every non promo weapon has a strange variant.
I have such nice friends.

Is this new change in addition to the week-long cooldowns or replacing them? Because the cooldowns are bs and everyone knows it, they've made marketplace prices utterly flabberghasting (a strange AWPer hand is still $50+)

So your gift didn't actually affect his account. Something else must have happened.
From my understanding, this affects newly created accounts at the moment but I would not be surprised if they widen the restriction to older accounts to stop current bot accounts.
Also, if this is widened to current accounts - VALVe for the love of Gaben, remove that shit excuse for a cooldown. I've got an entire page of Killstreak parts I can't use until next week!

Before I get banned from Facepunch since I've already requested it to a mod, I'll just make one brief final post to you guys to let you know something.
You guys are the fucking coolest people both on this forum and what the tf2 fandom has produced.
This game now just makes me angry. I accomplish nothing playing it, and it's honestly a game that has taken 3k hours of my life away.
Except for you guys.
I overall enjoyed talking to you all and making a bunch of friends here. I'm honored I could be a part of a really good community.
I've been going through a bunch of personal shit recently, so I need to drop tf2 and facepunch entirely. In a fit of rage from staying inside for too long I smashed various personal belongings and accidentally hurt my mom. Hopefully I can find myself and what I can be capable of in the near future away from my bedroom office chair. If I come back I'll make sure I'm on the path to success.
And If any mod find this before Sweb responds to my PM. Yes, this is a ban me. I'll post results in refugee camp when I feel like I've made an effort to do better.

It's honestly a bit weird that valve's bots can't use unlocks. There's plenty of third-party servers with their own bots that do it, and if a newbie sees the bots use a cool-looking item that just makes them want it even earlier than seeing it in actual PvP would :v:
