It's begun to stutter more for me when there's loads of particles on the map ([I]happens even if I'm no where near - like on badwater, it could happen around last point and I'm at the second point or 2Fort in my team's sewer and there's things going on in the enemy's intel room[/I]).

I run GTA 5 on almost ultra maxed settings + loads of crazy mods, despite the game saying that I shouldn't do that because performance issues but I still got a constant 50-60 FPS, which I haven't gotten for TF2 since a year, and I have noticed that my settings are not actually maxed on tf2.
I'm kind of getting tired of playing on Valve Servers. Can anyone point me up to an European Community Server that is still alive and thriving? 24 slot max, map rotation and default spawn timer, is it too much to ask?
