I find jerma to be overly annoying, I prefer star
Honestly I think Jerma is a god damn genius In Rat Movie 1 and 2, Jerma Rumble, and the other things he does on his own time, he's just a fucking MASTER of comedy. But then, I like that stuff more than his TF2 content, so I don't know if you've indulged in all of that. Star also does some things like that, like with his Basically series, but I've always preferred Jerma's brand of comedy.
unrelated to youtubers, a while back there was a glitch where people would appear to hold more than 1 item... has this been a thing since the begining of tf2? earlier today i was on dustbowl (console tf2 seems to be the only kind of tf2 i like atm) and a medic was healing me with a bonesaw at his side did it just kind of go unnoticed for 7 years or...?

No wait... what I meant to say was a few updates ago. Not recent.
I'm pretty sure it's from a recent patch. No wait... what I meant to say was a few updates ago. Not recent.
i know this, but the console versions haven't been updated since march of 2008 (before the first update that introduced non-stock weapons)
I'm not sure about this Ice Client, but it seems neat that you can trade on mobile. [editline]26th May 2015[/editline] Hoping there's nothing shady.

Here's the source code.
It stopped working for a while when Valve changed something with trading. It's not an unsafe app but it kinda sucks.
From what I've seen, this was updated 5 days ago. Latest says 'critical bugfixes'
From what I've seen, this was updated 5 days ago. Latest says 'critical bugfixes'
Random crits are still in the game, patch was a failure. :v:
I wonder what the TF2 team is doing right now. This game is as dry as a fallen twig it needs something new so people actually play it again. I think my only regret about TF2 is not being able to play it sooner back in 2008 I bet I would be way more into the game now.
More items for DOTA2.
I missed that. So, is the whole A:R project dead in the water now due to some Reddit drama or? Would be a shame, I liked that thing when I played it for a few weeks and one of the devs seemed like a pretty cool, polite guy on an actual server.
The reddit drama just made the Arena: Respawn Team look like angsty/entitled pre-teens. I'm fairly sure the project is still on-going. I just stopped following it because they are very off putting (or at least were). I'm sure they are doing just fine, since dickholes tend to attract a fair amount of popularity in the gaming industry. Just look at Mecha the Slag as a shining example.
What happened with Mecha the Slag? I think they made Advanced Weaponiser and Smash Bros and had a bunch of servers
What happened with Mecha the Slag? I think they made Advanced Weaponiser and Smash Bros and had a bunch of servers
I think he made his own game
What happened with Mecha the Slag? I think they made Advanced Weaponiser and Smash Bros and had a bunch of servers
A hat in time. However he (or a friend) has started on a tf2ware 2.0
Ok, I realized I don't suck that much on tf2. But now I have to do something, mods, weird ass mods. My TF2 needs some sauce on it, I don't like playing a weird fun game, I need a super weird fun game and my lack of nigthmares troubles my mind. So, I'll be killing two troubles at once Anyone knows really bad mods? Oh, and to bing a toggle is: bind "button" "toggle [command] 0 1" ?
Try the wacky sounds mod. It was posted on the media thread.
What happened with Mecha the Slag? I think they made Advanced Weaponiser and Smash Bros and had a bunch of servers
He got too greedy trying to monetize his cancerous servers. MOTDgd ads drove away the majority of his player base, so he was forced to take some servers down due to no players. His Hat in Time game is autistic as shit, so.. he's got that going for him now I guess. [editline]27th May 2015[/editline] 11 autists confirmed and counting... (User was banned for this post ("shitpost" - Orkel))
His Hat in Time game is autistic as shit, so.. he's got that going for him now I guess.
Except A Hat In Time looks incredible.
A Hat In Time has a Jontron cameo, right?
A Hat In Time has a Jontron cameo right?
His voice, yeah.
Buy a key, sell it for refined, use refined to buy robo parts, use robo parts to complete a dozen specialized killstreak kits you have lying around, sell kits on community market. One key is enough for ~4 kits worth of robo parts and each kit sells for ~$2. Money money money!
Yeah but how much did you actually spent getting those spec kits.
I won my first lobby! yay :D it's hard to find an asian server in tf2center :P [t]http://i.imgur.com/QVAg1pj.png[/t] Kills -> [t]http://i.imgur.com/2JNQqUf.png[/t] Kills and assists -> [t]http://i.imgur.com/J0ggf9h.png[/t]
Yeah but how much did you actually spent getting those spec kits.
I'm about $40 in profit after 23 tours of 2 cities so not much! I'm literally getting payed to play the game at this point, so you can bite me with your weak comebacks. I'm about $10 short of buying GTA V with my winnings, that's how much I've made.

-Snip, Ok I very much went overboard there, but a bit of that is true, I just got back into TF2 kinda and I'm tired of it already. So Imma just to the smart thing, and uninstall until something interesting comes along that makes me reinstall it.-
Yeah but how much did you actually spent getting those spec kits.
Most specialized fabricators can be bought for $0.03. Since specialized kits are always in demand for professional killstreak fabricators, most of them go for right around $2 regardless of what weapon they're for (except things like lugermorphs/mauls/big kills etc). It's a legitimately profitable cycle if you're willing to spend the time doing it, and you don't even need to play MVM.
;47804438']Haven't been around here in ages, raises a question that might've been asked before -- what's folks opinion on Star? Primarily as a Youtuber known prominently through TF2, but also secondarily as a player. Can't help but feel that a decent chunk of the game's continuing popularity goes to the people making content with it. Not saying Star's the be-all, end-all master of the Youtube part, but he's one of them (or was, recently not so much). Then there's Shibby, Jerma, iunno, does Salamander have his own channel? I'd say Stabby but his uploads are really really infrequent.
IIRC Stabby Stabby retired
IIRC Stabby Stabby retired
Yep. Then he came back. Then he left. And now he's back.
