Fun fact - if you're below 25% health, your facial expression changes from 'slightly angry' to 'really worried'. It's a super subtle queue, but you can use it to your advantage to determine if the enemy is almost dead or not. If you look at the heavy's eyes in this screenshot, you'll see he's not angry at all; that's because he's at like 10 health.
