That appears to be a red grenade at the moment of explosion. Plus the sleeper is an airgun so technically, it shouldn't have a muzzleflash.

Pictured here is the culmination of educating my brother (Mr.G) in the ways of TF2. He started watching me play when he was about 10, and started playing AI matches about a year later. Then one day I decided he was mature enough to join me on my favorite server, and the rest is history. Now he's 13 and racks up killstreaks like I've never been able to in all my years of TF2 (I will forever be mediocre at the game, I fear). He's also developed enough of a reputation that, recently, a bunch of people have been renaming themselves after him whenever he is on (and sometimes when he is not). A few people are even saying they want him to become admin. Personally, I think he'd do a lot better than many admins his age, just on the virtue that he doesn't take the game super seriously or get really salty.
