If you look up "Stylish" for Chrome, it allows you to load custom CSS files for pages and there's one for Facepunch called "Facepunch Fixer" which auto-scales img tagged images so they fit among other things.
Worth a look. I use it and it's very useful for situations like those images above.

You can't have everything your way so Stylish is an alternative (which also fixes a few other things).
