Did you see the last post about SFM recreations? The point isn't to completely replicate what's happening.
One was soldier clipping inside a medic, making it look like they were hugging so someone remade it in SFM to make soldier full-on hug medic with a sad look on his face. Another looked like scout resting on engie's shoulder with engie holding his hand out, so the SFM recreation had them taking a selfie.
They're not complete recreations, they take whatever's implied and make it complete.
