I've seen this a lot. They're probably just people who want to farm their stranges on new players instead of trying to level them up the legit way.
Never understood why people would farm stranges. If someone has like 15k kills without the performance to back it up, it becomes super obvious.

That's because he got stuck in an endless loop of repeating the same 3 jokes over and over followed by strange noises and screaming in between.
I'm pretty sure his batteries are running out but the manual for how to change them is written in Swedish so we're shit outta' luck there, I'm afraid.
I give it about a year or so before he just sort of crumples over and starts emitting weird smelling smoke.
