I realized in a previous TF2 session that lighting a huntsman on fire and then congaing as the sniper causes the flame to dance around as if the Sniper is a magician.

If I remember correctly the fix is to use r_queued_post_processing 0 but I'm not sure, try turning off HDR if that doesn't work.
