There was a newbie medic on the server, one of those newbies who don't move around often. Thus when he died by fire he would be standing still, causing that silly slow fall over thing medics do. Blu had several pyros.
My ragdolls are set to sleep after a shorter time on this older comp, so I would keep finding these medic statues around the map.

It's just makes ragdolls's animation plays slower / freeze (ragdoll_sleepaftertime 0) whenever they touch the surface

If you use cl_ragdoll_physics_enable 0 it becomes even trickier to tell if they are alive or not. Rather spawning a ragdoll, it leaves their 'alive' visual self standing there (minus their weapon that falls to the ground) for the duration of the ragdoll's existence.
Sort of eerie, I've walked into rooms of about 5 actually dead but standing idle husks playing their idle breathing animations.
