The Blackbox will have bonus damage to buildings (Panzerschrecks were used agaisn't tanks in WWII, and the Blackbox looks like it), I'm sure about that.

Why in the hell would you need that, direct hit works fine if you are not retarded. Buildings are stationary, don't even start on splash.

I'm pretty sure that what they mean by tank (tank buster) with the black box is the role that the heavy fulfills. Much higher damage, slower shot, smaller blast radius perhaps.
I can only pray that when you hit someone with the Scout's fish, it prints "Player1 slaps Player2 around a bit with a large trout" to the chat box.
i think it's a good thing that valve is delaying it. That means they put some Valve magic into it and give it new concepts like in the class updates(jarate,buff banner,bonk,mini sentry) and not the shitty modified damage/speed/bleed from the commnity weapons.
I'd like to see a new concept.

Yeah, all of Scout's unlocks so far are at least a little annoying (especially the FaN), it would be nice to get some unlocks we shouldn't hear any bitching and moaning about.
Eternal reward will be facestab kill, instead of backstab. Totally makes sense.

Basically this would reward those who can succesfully infiltrate the enemies base without getting noticed without changing much to the original knife. The negative applies to when you backstab too because otherwise the positive becomes void. You can, however, redisguise to change your active weapon. It rewards a succesful backstab either in a group of snipers suddenly you're one too, or if you backstab an engineer the sentries won't notice you. It also emphasises the "lone wolf" character of the spy without removing any already-existant teamwork properties.
If you backstab somebody with the Eternal Reward, they should take normal damage. Upon killing you, though, they die.
So you can go in, stab a Heavy and a Medic and their posse, when you finally die, all the people you backstabbed will die in the order that you stabbed them in.

I'd only really be fine with the disguise thing if I could still make a backstab and get a disguise from it after the first swing, it's too damn easy to get a failstab when you should be getting the kills.

By removing the ability to disguise, I mean disguise case only shows your active disguise (for changing weapons). Backstab chains will change your disguise to the last victim.

I know what you mean.
UberMunchkin has made some stupid posts, but actually not ALL of his posts are dumb, yet he still gets rated dumb every time he posts something.
People are just bandwagoning against him now, because I believe I've seen some reasonably fine posts of his get rated dumb for no reason.
Eternal Reward will have a backstab count system like the eyelander has. It will have some sort of rising benefit of getting more stabs.
I think The Black Box will have rockets that move slowly but do an incredible amount of damage to buildings.
The Short Stop might shoot 4 rounds at once with minimal bullet spread, but you have to reload each time you fire.
The Power Jack could do extra electrocution damage to players struck underwater.
The Degreaser could have a longer range of fire but less damage or vice-verso.
Your 'Eternal Reward' could possibly allow you to back stab someone and not lose your disguise but instead of the backstab killing the target, it takes away half the health. (I.e. heavy=150dmg, solder=100dmg.)
The Sydney Sleeper may slow down the target after hitting them. I.e. initial hit=7/8th speed, 1 second later=5/8th speed, 2 seconds later=half speed, 3 seconds later=7/16th speed, and 4 seconds later=3/8th speed. after that you get back to full speed.

Although it'd be expensive in terms of particles an' shit, so maybe just a flash of light, a dramatic scream, and all that's left is their skeleton and/or boots. Or maybe, just maybe, they are turned to stone, similar to the whole Golden Wrench deal, only with stone instead.

maybe instead of turning into some sort of game crashing death sequence, they fall straight forward with a normal death scream and stick their hand out as if reaching for life.

I think you need a better negative attribute. When people failstab they usually cloak and run away before attempting to re-disguise, and that would take around 15 seconds anyway.
