I would be very surprised if all three aren't made craftable and added to the drop system.
But that ain't the point: the Scout sword is just a reskin of a pre-existing weapon, like the Lugermorph (Pistol), the Big Kill (Revolver), the Iron Curtain (Minigun), the Enthusiast's Timepiece (Invisibility Watch), and the Frying Pan (Shovel/Bottle).

Every single one of those was added before the Genuine status. 4 of them are currently still available as promos

Holy Mackerel is NOT a reskin, it gives a hit notifier when you hit someone.

That's a trivial difference. Similar to the Frying Pan and Wolf Sword using different sounds than the weapons they reskin.
