To add onto that all the names there are all names of "Stands." Basically they can take any form, but mostly they look like another human. When they were first introduced they were named after tarot card arcanas, but later on they were almost all named after song names. Hence "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" (A song by ACDC).
