I wouldn't personally be renaming my weapons, most likely, more just constructing a list for anyone who wanted to have their favorite weapon be renamed into an Undertale reference. I've got a lot of ideas for it but I probably won't have it done anytime soon, though.

Honestly, that thought has troubled me to no end. Like I've said before, I think the game is good and like it very much, but I've played better and am by no means a die-hard fan, I post a lot of Undertale related things simply because Undertale is a pretty big thing and is more likely to be accepted than something from a more obscure game that I might like to post about more. I've had nasty run-ins with the fanbase before but it doesn't seem to be awful yet, but things can break down really quickly in fanbases like this. In all honesty, though I don't expect Undertale to be 'forgotten', I think that the constant coverage will die down soon enough and we won't be constantly hearing about it.

ON TOPIC:
Here's a sample some of the early work I've got going.

Buffalo Steak Sandvich: Steak in the Shape of Mettaton's Face (You don't feel like it's made of real meat...)
Frying Pan: Burnt Pan (Damage is rather consistent. Consumable items heal 4 more HP.)
Ambassador: Empty Gun (Must be used precisely, or damage will be low.)
Bonk! Atomic Punch: Sea Tea (Made from glowing marshwater. Increases SPEED for one battle.)

Not all of these names are gonna be amazing, mind, I'm pretty much adding names wherever they feel accurate. I'll probably be adding names that I find on tf.tags and this topic to the list as well, just for good measure.

I think "Humans wielded swords up to x10 of this sword's size!" would be good on The Three Rune Blade or The Eyelander as a description. Just a thought.

I'll shut up about Undertale now, I myself don't consider myself a huge fan of it anyways, I just did them because everyone else seemed to be doing them and I was like, "Hey, I can do that too!". Now that I won't be doing Undertale things, however, you must endure the fate of OBSCURE REFERENCES to NICHE JRPG TITLES! Anywho, once I eventually get an Australium Frontier Justice, I'm planning on renaming it to this:

To be fair, you can kinda blame that drama on me. I made a Bruce Jenner joke tag around then, I got perma-banned, the whole site went into a riotous tizzy and anarchic state about "free speech vs. political correctness" that was instigated by me, a veteran member, being chastised and banned for creating for an admittedly crude joke (even when there's FAR worse on the site then and now), and now it's essentially the residual 12 year olds on the site doing what you said, making shit tags.

All that was due to a bug which caused your daily ration of tags (how many you can create as to not induce spam: i.e. 0/20) to not reset after 24 hours and people were panicking thinking that after your allotment of submissions is up, you can't post anymore. Here they likened it to the End of Times.
