It's only a French thing apprently and it only applies to punctuation marks with two parts (Question marks and exclamation marks) beacause they have two parts superposed (the sign on top and the dot beneath it).

Im not sure if im in the place where i'm allowed to post this, but i'll do it anyway. I would like to rename and describe a specialized killstreak reserve shooter, its sheen is villainous violet an has 3 parts applied: critical kills, airborne enemy kills and not crit non minicrit kill. Im trying to make something very specific due the parts like 3 ways to end (crit, minicrit, normal kill) and the theme of villain due the sheen. My lack of imagination doesnt help me. So i would appreciate any ideas. Thanks.
