Although I don't have a complete list of TF2 hats handy, and am too lazy to click 2 links to the Hat Megathread to get one; probably my least favorite is the Tyrant's Helm. The brain slug, almost all of Demo's hats, the Pickelhaube and Texas Ten Gallon follow it. I just don't like them.
I think the Kabuto was well made, and would wear it if I had one, but if I got one I wouldn't be shitting myself over it. It's a nice hat, but I would prefer the pot. The same thing goes with pretty much all of the Sniper's hats, excluding hatless. Some I like better than others, but I wouldn't rage-craft away a trophy belt just because it's not completely noticeable. I actually like the Sniper's normal hat, and I rather like the minor change made to it with that hat. Panama I would 'meh' and probably stick with my Noble Amassment, but I doubt I would rage-craft it away.

Every single hat that I have are of strong value to me, since I've crafted them by hand, it took sooo muuuch timeee. :v:
It's also that all of them kind of came out successful, at first I got a Hustler's Hallmark, then a Prussian Pickelhaube and at last a Brigade Helm.
Then I've got all the event hats and all that kind of stuff.

The two best hats in the game are the Ten Gallon and the Hustler's Hallmark. That is all I know.
I have hatless Scout, billycock and mirror. With the hatless I'm fine because even though it's not really a hat it still looks good on the character. The billycock is a great hat, but that's because Spy has very nice headwear. Here it comes to personal taste, someone likes the Fedora or Beret, I'd kill for a Camera Beard. As for the mirror, that's the worst Medic's hat for many people, but it actually fits the character. Sadly it isn't that much noticeable.

The only way to gauge hat worth is by using this: [url]http://tf2stats.net/hats/[/url] The fewer people who have it, the rarer and thus more valuable it is. So at this moment, excluding the contest hats, the Gentleman's Gatsby is the most valuable hat in TF2, followed by the Frenchman's Beret.
My most valuable hat would have to be my Shooter's Sola Topi. Got it after crafting away all of my weapons in hopes of a Golden Wrench. Sadly I already had Master's Yellow Belt and Professional's Panama with Sniper being my worst class. :suicide:
I have a rubberglove from crafting. It's a fairly good hat.
But deep in my heart, I was longing for the brigade helm. :saddowns:

Besides, you can't say Toque is the worst. There are plenty of more terrible hats to claim that title. Trophy Belt, Hatless, Gibus, Camera Beard, etc.
