The most likely explanation is still that nerfed bought a phished account from somewhere like Sythe, thinking a steam account with lots of games would make a good prize.
Derposaurus said the other guy was logging on and kicking him off, in which case the person that got the acount back IS the original owner of the account, pissed he got scammed and seeing somebody else on his account. People are saying the person was an idiot 'i sue you lol' which also goes well with him getting his account phished, so it's possible.
This can lead to lots of disabled accounts. If derposaurus changed the contact e-mail, they'll disable all accounts with that e-mail and can also look for matching passwords, so derposaurus's main account (belonging to Sir Spicy Buns) is potentially at risk for this.
Nerfed is a bumhole.
This is what I see as the most likely scenario, given the massive shitstorm that is this thread and trying to understand it all.
EDIT: I didn't notice that two accounts (The Fishman, and Stryder) were both claiming original owenership of the account. Whichever one was logging derposaurus off is the true account holder.
Or Nerfed gave him the password. Unlikely, but Nerfed IS a bumhole.
