Well, A- It's not "sexist" per se, but the design seems to be more focused on making it too obvious that the pyro is a female, it removed some of its iconic design features to do so (the baggy suit), It's also trying too hard to make it as "sexy" as possible, therefore it's oversexualization.
B- People care about a silly clientside mod since it got popular and means that this is what the community approves of.

Holy shit, this show is from our autonomic TV channel, my sister even met the host of the show in person. It feels even more bizarre to see subtitles on it since I can understand everything they're saying.
For those who don't know, this show is about the man on the left, famous because of this program and his radio carreer, interviewing various people, and usually a silly guy like that shows up (even a guy who says he's an alien born from a 3-breasted woman popped up a couple of times)
The old man on the right precisely is a pretty recurring guest and is very famous in Spain. Usually the host will keep his cool no matter how crazy things get, but sometimes he'll laugh along like in this case.
Of all the places this was the last one I'd expect this to show up.

probably. I just hope he doesn't take down his servers, the competitive one is the only server I can find with custom maps and no stupid plugins.
