I've talked to C3 a few times, she's got an affection for old style of tf2 animations. Between that and the fact she probably doesn't know the best ways to get sound effects and pictures (she used to just record in game and rip it from videos/downloads she could find I think) it's a pretty fair conclusion her videos could pass for something released in 2010 or 2011
Not to criticize, she's got a nice style. I had to explain to her how to draw mouths making an L noise at one point, though
she does do a pretty good job and the previous videos she has done are solid.
but that one fell short of a lame joke that looks like was just an excuse to justify an engineer with gatling niples

Its a bug with the cow mangler, something like charge up shot + go to supply locker and change weapon and you maintian the speed. Not sure of the details though.

If you have a controller, lightly tiliting a joystick will give the same effect. I love slowly walking around as scout, scaring my teammates when doing so.
Or holding alt and moving to your mouse up very slowly.
