Eh, I can see the almost autonomous movement on a second watch, though i think it kinda adds to a more fast paced short.
If it was a fast-paced short, and didn't build up to zilch.
I know the joke is supposed to be "Heavy eats bullets for breakfast", but it's just so dull and not really even a joke. It seems like the animation was just kinda made as a test.

The TF2 line is mostly good, but Spy's face sucks and Demo looks like a rapist. Spy can probably be fixed with a bit of repainting, though.
I was honestly pretty shocked by the poor quality for Spy, NECA's figures are usually pretty good, albeit fairly stiff.

You could zoom in a bit more. He takes up very little of the scene.
