The Heavy voice is kinda passable; true, it's not the same VA but it is somewhat close. I can hear that voice and say "Yeah, that's a guy playing the Heavy". The Pyro, well, does sound like the Pyro, because anybody can mumble into their hands, to be fair, although it sounds like someone replaces 20% of the air in his tank with Helium or something. And then there's the Spy...it's just not the Spy. The end.
Tried to make a more accurate sniper rifle reload where he opens the bolt, puts the bullet in and closes it:

but 1.6 seconds isn't long enough for 3 distinct actions instead of the 1 in-game :(
I missed the good old tf2 replay feature and made this stupid short slowmo dramatic action replay thing with crappy editing + some particle mods in slowmo full glory.

Looks nice, but a bit too aggressive in motion I'd say. Maybe smooth out the keyframes when he moves it from left to right.
I think that's more personal preference though. I'm sure some people love that kind of look.
