If you use Stylish's Facepunch Fixer script - it'll auto-size even if they use the IMG tags. Helpful for those members who don't get the hint about using [t]...

Bodies are still way too stiff, if you're using the default rig consider trying an IK rig/bip_rigged (although some things like stretching engis leg will be lost, and have to be added in after it's all done
