the first amendment means the government isn't allowed to shut you up
facepunch is not owned by the government, it's paid for and maintained by a group of moderators who are allowed to have their own biases and rules to determine how it's run, so if you say something dumb enough you can get banned for it
but you aren't even being threatened with a ban, so there's nothing "first amendment" about this- you're just being a dumbass and getting upset that other people are calling you a dumbass
they're just as welcome under the first amendment to call you an idiot as you are to be one. don't overdramatize this into your FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS BEING TRAMPLED when it's really just people being annoyed with you over the Internet.
