I really like his concepts for the Sengoku Scorcher and the Lunatic's Leathers!

He gives his hands the liberty to move around instead of being confined into red army enforced dancing space. Soldier's only doing it because his helmet was swapped out with an alien device that floats above his head and shoots communism into his brain (notice how engineer's helmet doesn't sway up and down at all.) And scout's doing super sexy hip squats, because he disagrees with the communist viewpoint of the socialism supporting soviet super squat.

Try to follow the rule of thirds, and carefully choose your camera angle to emphasize on a theme, character, action etc. In this case the side view looks pretty stagnant and calm. Moving the camera closer and behind the scout in this scene would make the heavy look more threatening and powerful. Especially if you are able to have his face, expression and hands in a bigger role. Another option would be to make it more clear that the scout is being held in the air over the ledge. Moving the camera closer to heavy and pointing it downwards over his shoulder could really work. In general, some zooming and less empty space around them could give the picture more tension. Otherwise the lighting and posing looks good and natural. One small thing you can add is a smoke particle effect for the.. heh, two cigarettes. Keep practicing, you've got a good start already! Also I'm happy to give more feedback and advice on postermaking.

I included like twenty animations for moving and a highpoly SFM version, use them also shoulders are a big part of expression, not using those bones also looks really wonky if the arms are doing anything, there's no reason to not use those either
