YOU'RE just strange.
A bit unremarkable.
YOU'RE just strange.
It all depends on what YOU define as "strange". To some, I'm normal. To others, I am the weirdest person they have ever met.

I almost turned off the video at 1:20 because I had a gut feeling that it was about turn into another "Meet the spy: MY VERSION". Glad to be wrong at times, the fights scenes were pretty good, but I also enjoyed the nonfighting bits, I like SFMs that give sort of a view of what normal life would be in a world as insane as the TF2 universe (Like the bit where it's considered completely normal to find a presumably fresh splatter of blood on the ground, just mop it up!) since most of the TF2 SFM stuff I've seen is usually either the earlier mentioned curbstomp teambattles or yet another Meet the spy reimagining. I mean seriously, spy is a fun class, but his ways of murdering people just aren't all that varied beyond the stuff we saw in his MTS short, it's either him putting sharp metal sticks into peoples backs and faces, shooting them in the head and *Shockingly* resurrecting with the DR when he gets killed by someone finally.

i said it was better than EOTL. i take it back. its not better than it, its closer to what we expected eotl should had been, albeit with less resources and less polished but still, one of the best sfm shorts out there. the bar has been raised once again.
I really liked how this was mainly the classes working as a team, normally in these types of videos you only see one class completely wrecking the entire enemy team three times over.
Ten times and more better than EotL, that's for sure Great job
The visual quality wasn't quite up to par with EotL, but I was more consistently entertained by this video.
A bit unremarkable.
Potentially totally ordinary even. :v:
eotl and live and let spy are both post-processed me thinks
I really liked how this was mainly the classes working as a team, normally in these types of videos you only see one class completely wrecking the entire enemy team three times over.
the enemy still pointlessly gets one-shot like nothing with zero fightback though at least 15 minutes in
It's kinda interestingly you never see a movie where both teams are around evenly skilled. Usually one team is full of grunts with halfhearted abilities and the only true fights are the boss and maybe one or two of his underlings. You would think we'd see somewhere that it's a struggle to actually take down eachother, and only comes down to one class taking advantage of something around them, or just managing to pull off a good shot, etc. Instead it's generally "plow through majority of normally respectable classes to focus on the main characters" EOTL kinda did that right because there was never any direct combat, it was a team against an inanimate object which STILL destroyed their base, the only fight to happen was a blu spy effectively taking a medic hostage and only being stopped because he didn't account for the heavy surviving the wreckage after his uber had worn off. Blu is still shown to have a plethora of failed plans, but at least they were displayed as cunning enough to plan these things out and were ended by a revenge explosion
Since you guys seemed to like those TF2 pendants my friend decided to do new set: Reddit post Blog post (He also did some for Portal and Fallout)

isit me or I find it weird that winglet is getting more views and subscribers despite his animation isn't polished as compared to others, which he has admitted I wonder what's his secret on getting like almost 1 million views or more per video
compared to who, for example?
isit me or I find it weird that winglet is getting more views and subscribers despite his animation isn't polished as compared to others, which he has admitted I wonder what's his secret on getting like almost 1 million views or more per video
It's not exactly a secret man. A lot of people don't watch his videos for animation quality, they just enjoy his ideas, set ups and use of voice splycing.

So dzoo11 and punchy are making an enhanced variation on my Saxton Hale model for SFM, so I figured I might as well finish the original. So here's the Saxton Hale model, now with flexes! And LODs! And eyes with moving irises! Oh, and the nipples are still there. You're all just going to have to learn to cope.
