Like I said I'm sure newer players or players who don't read updates (I know those exist in DotA 2, but not so sure about TF2) would fall for it, or at least get confused to the point where they start typing, thus allowing themselves to get backstabed

It's a box that moves, and there's a long animation where you get out of it. It's really goddamned obvious.

Probably the worst will be if they haven't fixed the taunt-lock glitch in this patch. Imagine a boxtrot Spy that's actively engaging in CQC.

The opposite is true too. Sometimes I see spies with hovering knives slowly crawling about.

The Box Trot taunt kind of looks effective for hiding, but maybe once people get use to it it won't be as effective.
Trying to get back into SFM, in this case trying out a character design/style test for a new short (which hopefully I'll enter for the Saxxies this year). If you want to make him look more mature you should change his shoulders, they are way too pointy now.
Also try to change the jaw as well, give the head a different shape.

Move his shoulders down a bit to make it look like he's not puffing his chest and make his features a bit older and you're fine
