Figured it out and yes I was wrong, you're not changing the Depth of Field and Motion Blur # samples option in the render settings to something a lot better.

Right-click on the viewpoint/screen of poster and click Render settings and bump those two options up. 256 and beyond depending on your computer.

Funny thing is that voice commands that make you raise limbs shift your hitboxes just enough to get attacked, so saying "Nice Shot" to a sentry missing you instantly makes it start hitting you despite you not actually moving.

Ah, but NISLT doing videos like this forces Valve to do an update because of mass uproar, whereas they might just overlook it in a simple email. I say that him and Delfy showing off exploits like these help the updates come faster.
