Depending on the animation quality and the consistency, people will pay for anything.

I don't like the main concept behind Patron and that apparently anyone who thinks is producing something worthy of money on the internet wanting to use it and trying to shove it down your throat like in the video above (which, as someone noted before me, is half a genuinely good video and the other half the creator's Patreon advertisement)
