I made some edits to show what was throwing me off personally:

Right arm was way too short, especially the upper arm, similar issues with knees being misaligned (If you stretched the right leg it wouldn't reach the ground)
There's also the fact that the head is too small, It should be as tall as the forearm and as wide as one shoulder.
I didn't mention the bag missing since that's just detail, and it could easily be on purpose/ doesn't really make a difference right now

It's a nice idea for a taunt, and I'd totally buy it if it isn't at the usual ridiculous taunt prices, but I feel like he overdid some of the animations, especially Pyro's.
I really don't know how I didn't post this already, but 5 months ago I made a Pyro symbol in shop.

That pyro one is really iffy, both in animations and choice of cosmetics. :unimpressed:

Because he animates literally everything and it just becomes a giant bowl of ragdoll jelly because he doesnt understand how the human body moves
On the Tip of the Hats stream he mentioned he did all 9 variations of that taunt in like three days on top of all the other SFMery that he was doing for them, so that probably didn't help matters.
Its way too floaty, every part of the character starts moving and it has no structure. If you look real hard at that mess of moving arms and torsos you can see a hand touch the hat but it doesn't look anything like tipping.

I wouldn't say he overdid some of the animations. Sure, he overdid the movement, but considering how much time and love you can put into animation, I would say he did the exact opposite. Timing is far from thought through, and all limbs sort of move in the same speed. The poses aren't really anything to celebrate either.
And as Kins mentioned, he made a lot of stuff in just 3 days, so it's obvious that a lot of time didn't go into this taunt.
Sure, it's fine for youtube where everything is about story and comedy. But as a taunt, sorry, that probably ain't going to work too well.
By overdid, I meant they were really exaggerated, even for TF2. I agree that the main issue is he did it as quickly as possible, the same way he does his videos.
Gotta say, I like the Heavy's version of it though.

I just actually looked at what each one is doing. Demo looks like he's trying to re-align his body.
