1. I wouldn't update it. I only upload my picture regularly in the link below.
2. the thread would either be flooded with individual pictures each post or a truckload in one post over and over again.

Going for a sort of first-person camera is always a risky choice, I don't think it works too well here. You should also lower the camera field of view if you place models close to the camera. Your fov setting here makes the medic's arm and equipment look stretched. Also the positioning makes him (or rather his scarf and arm) look prevalent in the whole poster, which is pretty much saying that he is the most important object. However the viewer doesn't really get the feeling that they'd be that medic in this situation. I think it mainly has to do with how you have placed the scarf and arm there, and the first-person angle which is hardly ever used in photography or movies.
Anyhow, I feel like you could drastically improve this scene with a camera and positioning overhaul. There's too much empty space above the characters' heads and the UFO. The objects are too far away from each other. There's no real feeling of risk and danger here. Try moving the characters closer to each other so they look bigger in the poster and make the UFO look more intimidating by making it take more space in the setting.
Another thing that you could work on is lighting. It's one of those things that you will learn gradually by using SFM more and maybe checking up some tutorials. In this poster, you could add a green rim light on the characters and even make your current green light brighter. The heavy and medic just look too bright to my eyes too.
This is just something I could commentate on based on my SFM experience. I hope you find it helpful. Also feel free to ask any questions if you want.

Last weekend was Tip of the Hats 2015, which I got to fly out to for live production and stuff. I did some cool things: I stretched out a Scout's arm during the SFM segment, played a pub on b4nny's account and learned he switched C and Ctrl, held Krunkidile's shoulder as [URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eA_w313hpJY"]he explains why a lot of things for ToTH were done last minute[/URL], and almost got squished in the massive group hug.
