Some more interesting tidbits The Syringe Gun still has the bone to rotate the needles, and it does, but not in third person The Revolver and the Enforcer have two extra bones compared to other revolvers, one in front of the regular cylinder bone and one in the grip

Never moved, not even in the 2007 version of TF2. Also I found out that the Iron Bomber was updated to have unique explosion sounds but they use the stock GL ones now.

Oh I didn't know, pretty funny, don't know if it can be fixed without breaking skins. They really should have touched up weapon models before adding skins, now they'll never get updated with new moving parts.
Also, the old v_model of the revolver did have the hammer striking, it just happened pretty fast along with the cylinder spinning. No idea if the c_model still has it.
On further inspection it looks shopped, you can't see the mmr (noticed the lack of mmr earlier) and the medal is too small.
Didn't even notice the MMR was entirely missing, amazing how someone actually bothered to photoshop this and given the title sounds like someone either has a deep grudge against the tf team or isnt too happy with his placements
They can still fix these animation issues and have skins still work, people have basically already done it in the form of mods. And if it can be fixed by a simple mod, the TF2 team can surely do it no problem. Its just whether or not they are aware.
Really? I asked a while ago if adding new moving parts (asked about bigger things like moving pistol slides) would break skins, and I got a response of "Yes, very" I believe. If models can be updated without breaking skins, great!

It's already been confirmed two days ago that the general thread deletion was just an idea and a case of miscommunication.
All that needs to be changed is possibly additions to the current animations, and re-rigging the gun. The UV, Mesh, and texture shouldn't be touched.

I want to ask a question to someone who is familar with how Pyroland Replacements files works, in regarding to VMTs involving dx90 specifications; as i have to come to find out, noone is familar with Pyroland Replacement files in the TF2 community as of yet, excluding me. I hate bothering the TF team, but i dont know where else to go, as i think the pyroland program does not support VMT or VTF that go into dx90 specifications; it messes it up. Almost done with the full pyroland texture pack for all ya's though
I decided to play a little bit of TF2 today since I was in a pretty bad mood and could use a little bit of goofy fun as a pick-me up. Launched the game and had two new crate drops. Decided to splash some quick cash just to see what I case, maybe whatever I unbox will put a smile on my face. You know how it goes. Depressive Compulsory Online Spending. So there were these two spies on the other team and while I kept getting backstabbed from them while trying to find them an idiot on our team's telling me that "you're a bad spy checker. how hard is it to press m1 and check for them?" Sure kid, let me turn on my spyvision and flail like the Pyros did in the Jungle Inferno update. Like fuck off.
To be fair, some custom huds doesn't show MMR yet.

hopped in for a few matches and ended up on gravel pit with 6 engineers on the enemy team - my team lost that round, so naturally in the next round my entire team went engineer in response to that we didn't win

What? You'd have to hit them in the head with the arrow instead of in the collision hull anywhere above the shoulder.
then you just make a mediocre weapon even worse. the spammability of arrows must be tweaked elsewhere.
I thought the concept of no-effort headshots was almost universally despised. Hardly the first time I've been wrong about that kind of thing, "live and learn."
Its still being worked on but it has split into 2 separate games: Team Deathmatch Classic and Team Fortress 2 Classic. TF2c is 4team + the standard tf2 gamemodes(Pl, koth, cp, arena, ctf, ad, tc, sd) and other gamemodes that I cant talk about that utilize the standard 9 classes and the civilian + diffrent weapons. Both games are currently in closed beta testing.
As you get better with the sniper rifles, you quickly find out that they're superior to the huntsmen in practically every situation. So nerfing the huntsmen to make them less annoying would also mean they'd have to receive buffs to compensate so they would be used at all.
