The whole medigun situation is rediculously complex and must be a programming nightmare.
Crit heals, slower uber building on players with 145%+ hp, slower healing with the Equalizer/Escape Plan out, slower healing with the Back Scratcher passively, no overheal with the Razorback, 50% less overheal with the quickfix, Vacc uber builds slower when overhealing.
The Quick Fix was nerfed in JI to no longer always build uber at the max rate, does it still not have the overheal uber rate penalty because it has less overheal?

I haven't the foggiest how to quote only part of a message with NewPunch. That said... the silent nerf to the QuickFix was apparently a bug and it got fixed with the Blue Moon update. The QF now builds uber at its former speedy rate. Source: I've been being a complete cunt with the QF on 2Fort these last few days.
Tbh out of all the items, I'd want scorch shot to be nerfed the most.

Although extremely dumb for the time. I miss when there was a way to store melee swings and you could stab people while invisible or with a disguise ( and not lose the disguise ). Used it to piss off an admin back when I played TF2 on the XBox 360 that was trying to get into the skybox on dustbowl using that exploit where medics launch you with their needle guns lol. After the match was over he banned me for it too lol.
Between how it is now and how it was, I still think it's much better currently then how it was before... I do kind of wish it factored in each class different though... Like scout and spy go the furthest and heavy and soldier go the shortest distance.
Well, outside of MvM when I can endless stall giants and slowly push them away... They need to fix that shit lol... Beat that giant heavy boss in Titanium Tank tour with the boss super scout that follows around him because I kept air blasting him away from point... Felt so stupid.... Has anyone noticed the benefits of Glicko in Casual yet? I've been faced with the same potatoes I always encounter in Casual.
I don't seem to get plagued by game abandoners as much... For the most part matches stay full from start to finish. Skill wise it still seems to fluctuate between decent to novice players though.

A decent amount I would say.
I'm pretty sure the casual glicko changes are only applied after a lobby of people has been created, unlike MM which uses the rating to determine who to put in a lobby together - i.e. you're gonna be playing with the same potatoes as before, but now both teams would in theory have a better overall balance of skill.
Now we just need a Spy main to rename their Ambassador [Generic female name] with the desc reading [Lyrics that make me look deep].

there's also people who disable ragdolls
either valve would need to manually block ragdolls from being disabled (costing performance config users somewhere around ~10 fps), or the spy would stick out like a sore thumb
spymain perspective? it's not worth it at all, plus if you want to stay in one place without being bothered for a long time, cloak and dagger already accomplishes the job

I don't feel like pulling out the stats I wrote for this idea, but I want a watch that turns you invisible instantly on backstab. To allow you to make a pick and actually get away from the enemy (a big problem Spy has in competitive play).
So the YER but without the ability to stab multiple people in a few swift motions?
