If i disagree with you, you propably think i have some inside information from the so called "inside mappers society".
But releasing update isnt really tied to getting map in or not. Its just something that mappers care about - making best maps as they possible can so i think he updated the map atleast for that reason. He cares about his work and makes it better.

Of course Crash updates the maps to make it better, I just find it curious how one of the best Jungle Maps suddenly got an Update after a few months - especially given the timing that many suspect toweek as the week.
I'm just seeing this as another puzzle piece falling into place for wednesday.
I just play MvM for fun. I don't care about loot, but then I have learned through experience to not bother caring about loot.

Honestly, I'm just gonna say that it'll happen in 96 days (as of Sept 1), and I did say that in a video, so December 6 2017, everyone, new official day.

I had a dream about the update too, well, more like a nightmare. It was another blog post, they made Upward a payload race, and they wanted to make Pass Time restricted to Scout only, with the ball model reduced to baseball size.
I don't know what the post said, but I remember the team sounded unsure and still wanted some feedback.

Non civilian grade strange skins are mostly crafted with trade up contracts, using 10 civilian grade stranges to get 1 strange mercenary grade skins, 10 strange mercenary grade stranges... you get the idea, that's why higher grades are ridiculously expensive

I don't remember where I got it since it was almost ten years ago but I'm using a blood patch pretty much from day 1 on. mvm isn't that fun though, it's way too repetitive. The chance of loot is the only thing that makes it somewhat exciting.

Yep its an idling setup, most people think idling is pointless by now but I got 2 cosmetic drops worth 5 refined and I barely play the game.
So it looks like [url=https://www.gamingheads.com/licenses/team-fortress-2.html]GamingHeads[/url] is still continuing the TF2 statue collection, they posted a tease for a Pyro statue on their facebook group.

I still wonder if the 9/6 meant the update *release* or the day one Blog Post.
If it was the update, that would mean we are going to get a Blog Post tonight, since it's 100% going to be 2day.

If it is a 2 day update I assume one of the days will be the Jungle content with the Valve map, the community maps, the campaign pass and the second day will be the pyro weapons along with comp changes and the full weapon rebalance list.
Remember people, there's a chance we don't get an update at all this week. I personally think we will but I'm just saying, don't get too hyped.
Watch the update hit when this hurricane hits, and I'm without power.
But I suppose at this point TF2 is the least of my concern.

Recently, getting friends to test my missions became problematic. You can test your own missions in the sigsegv MvM server, right? Maybe I could get some people to test out my mission that way?

My hype is nonexistent but it's not because I have low expectations. I just find that it stings less not getting workshop content into an update if you don't get too excited.

[B][U]For you to get those maps in![/U][/B] We don't want you to miss the fun of having the pyro update soon (although we don't know ourselves when). In the meantime, Rocketjump Crabwalk Fortresss has been working hard on making sure that the update is safe for even the tiniest of TF2 players.

I love the concept of MVM and I would spend so much of my money if they just dropped a few new maps. I just hate that people are only willing to play mann up since it gives you loot. I try to make things fresh by playing non meta, stupid strategy's with friends. Running triple or even quad snipers is really fun. Also running double medics and just shield bashing everything is surprisingly effective.
I just hope that when it'll happen, doesnt matter if today, tomorrow, or thursday, the Update and it's pages will drop in EU-bearable times.
Please dont force us to either miss the update or stay up till 3 AM :worried:

Honesty I just don't understand why we aren't getting a yearly MVM update with 3 or 4 community maps. Have the Valve artists whip up a new set of Australiums and bot killers, put out special tour of duty tickets for the event that give Australiums and some bot killers drops an exclusive unusual effect for the duration of the event and pay out a portion of that to pay the map makers.
I would also update the squad surplus voucher drop table to make it possible to earn strange parts, and maybe some exclusive weapon skins/bot killers. Maybe even make it possible to earn any hat with a couple of exclusive unusual effects as a very rare drop.
It just feels like Valve is missing out on a real easy way to make money with all the community made MVM maps and missions.
I dont know, 3 weeks ago previous and this week looked like a week that the update might arrive but it didnt arrive last week and this week looks pretty much done too.
I think we have to wait another week. :ohno:

Maybe their stats show majority of players play only two cities anyway, even though australium weapons now drop on each of the mission campaigns. Perhaps thats why they arent so interested on doing one.
I hope there's some kind of joke in store with Team Crabwalk Rocketjump Fortress, maybe him/her/pyro being taken away because they don't know that babies don't like sandviches or dakolahs bars.
