I had a deam i went on a last minute vacation and on the plane the update came out and i was sad. You know you aren't communicating enough as devs when people start to have dreams about updates for your game and then wake up sad that they aren't real. You think well see that this update?

For example, the last 2 Jams I got my medal 1-2 months later.

Speaking of stupid dreams, I had a dream where they updated some stuff for MvM, the Phlog had two nuzzles instead of one, and you could craft two weapons into one, such as the Flying Guillotine and the Wrap Assassin, the Rescue Ranger and Pomson, and Quick Fix and this one new Medi-Gun. I was so glad when I woke up, figuring how OP two Pholg nuzzles would have been.

I had two update dreams earlier in the month, but don't remember what happened in them. But in the third one I had, it was a 3 day update, and on the first page they announced more backpack space, a refined sink, and optimization stuff. There was some weird before and after image slider showing the optimization improvements. And then on Monday night I had a dream that there were sentry busters running freely around my neighbourhood like stray rabbits. :s:

I don't care even if they just tack up those ugly corrugated metal barriers to break up the more egregious long lines of sight. Any kind of attention to longstanding map issues would delight me. Maybe they'd be able to do something about the more common stalemate-y points.

I'm not even angry that the update hasn't been released yet, I'm more shocked and bewildered. Like when you're in a restaurant and a guy gets up and starts pissing on the floor, you're not really mad at him or angry that he's pissin on the floor you're just stunned and think "why is he doing that, what caused him to be like this." It's like "oh my gosh, it's been [B][I]HOW LONG[/I][/B] since we had an update and still nothing?" I'm not angry or annoyed, just mildly perplexed at the embarrassing spectacle unfolding in front of me.

You've always like the food in this restaurant, but the quality's been kinda shaky as of late. Everyone's ordered their food, but it's taking longer than ever before. There aren't any waiters, but if you approach the chefs and ask they say that the food is on its way. Some people have left the restaurant in frustration, because the food won't be worth the wait, no matter the quality. Others are sitting in their seats, waiting, and have malnutrition-fueled dreams of their food arriving. More sensible people who still want the food are leaving the restaurant to eat somewhere else, and check up on their order every so often. What's promised on the menu looked great, but you're not sure if it'll ever come. You know that the restaurant may be closed down if they lose too much business, however, so you stick around. This is your favourite restaurant, after all.

If anything, it'll make us aware of how much attention/inattention the other Valve products get.

I had some update dreams, about the Jungle Update too. However, the one I remember the best is the dream of Scream Fortress 2016, there was an update page showcasing the Silver Gargoyle, and the whole page looked pretty damn good, it had a neat metallic blue/silver/black color scheme.

If you are going to turn on your optimism boosters the big ol' MJ(not Jackson) might happen this week, but that is very unrealistic. The most im expecting is some cryptic hint and the update next week, maybe. Then again I said that like every week now but the chance of the update dropping only increases the more time passes afterall.

Right now I would be happy if they just said I was not due until Xmas. At least that would be something and we can move on. I personally don't care much anymore, but I do fear the amount the game will be broken.

I'm sorry but if it takes 18 months to give this game a single major update then TF2's dead in the water and there's nothing left to hope for with this game

Everyone having dreams about the game. Meanwhile, I dreamt I was a father and saw my son grow from childhood to his graduation. OT: I hope the Jungle Update bring old players back to casual or at least community servers. Playing with new players is fine, but they cannot beat the thrill of a 12vs12 awesome players doing their best.
